What Our Roof Inspections Cover

A thorough inspection provides more than just a quick glance—it’s a complete evaluation of your roof’s performance. During our inspections, we check:

  • Shingles and Materials – Look for missing, cracked, or curling shingles.
  • Flashing and Seals – Ensure watertight protection around chimneys, vents, and skylights.
  • Gutters and Drainage – Identify blockages or poor water flow that could damage your roofline.
  • Attic Ventilation – Check airflow to prevent moisture buildup and energy loss.
  • Structural Integrity – Look for sagging or signs of stress on the roof deck.
  • Signs of Leaks – Detect hidden water intrusion before it causes interior damage.

With this detailed approach, we provide a full report so you know exactly what condition your roof is in and what steps are needed to maintain it. Our inspections not only highlight current problem areas but also point out potential concerns that could develop over time. This proactive information allows you to budget for future repairs, plan maintenance effectively, and make confident decisions about your roof’s care.

I absolutely recommend Bluebonnet Roof! Scott + his team were incredible. They were kind, consultative, gracious and worked with urgency and top-tier professionalism. Scott gave me samples + even let me know the roof colors of the homes around me so I could see them in-real life. Also when it started raining impromtu during them putting the roof on my house, they handled that well. I place full trust in them and couldn't recommend them more. Scott was also knowledgeable about the insurance process and helped me humanize a very stressful season. AND they're local. You can tell they love Austin and this community and want people to feel safe and loved in their homes!
