Benefits of PVC Membrane Roofing
PVC roofing is one of the most popular choices for commercial properties thanks to its versatility and longevity. It offers many advantages over other systems, including:
Waterproof Protection – Heat-welded seams create a watertight barrier against leaks.
Durability – Resistant to chemicals, fire, wind, and punctures.
Energy Efficiency – Reflective surface reduces heat absorption and lowers cooling costs.
Long Lifespan – Properly installed PVC roofs can last 20–30 years.
Low Maintenance – Requires minimal upkeep compared to traditional systems.
Versatility – Ideal for flat and low-slope commercial roofs of all sizes.
With these benefits, PVC roofing is a smart choice for property owners who want reliable, cost-effective protection for their building. However, for those seeking other durable and energy-efficient commercial options, our team also provides EPDM membrane roofing and TPO roofing.

I hired Bluebonnet to replace the roof on an investment property in South Austin. Scott Mincey was pretty great to deal with in replacing the TPO roof. Communication was on point and he was awesome about keeping my tenants in the loop too. Cleanup was better than expected.
On pricing I went through a 3 bid process and felt very comfortable going with Bluebonnet. Has a great warranty to his product and my insurance actually went down after they inspected the roof. I always feel good referring this company out and get great feedback from those that take the referral.
